The policy of this dentist office is rediclious! 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Personal and emergencies happen, but you have to know in advance that is going to happen. If I could give no stars I would. Every other dentist says at least 24 or if something happens that day they get it. This place is garbage! I wouldn't recommend nobody coming here unless you know you going to have an emergency or a personal matter within 48 hours or your going to die. They suck oh and they are extra rude.

It's true that pain pill abuse is an ubiquitous problem but this office goes way too far with their efforts at preventing such abuse. They've decided that NO ONE needs pain meds after ORAL SURGERY. Seriously, even people with absolutely NO history or symptoms of drug abuse will be denied pain management after surgery from this office. They think you'll be fine with some Motrin. Sorry, but not everyone is a drug addict, and denying pain management after oral surgery is abuse in itself. Prospective patients, you've been warned.
