I arrived at th location at 12:10 for an online appointment I made for 12:45. It took AT LEAST an HOUR AND A HALF to get back into the room when it took others over TWO HOURS. This facility needs to get more employees or something because this is nonsense.

Misdiagnosis by the uncaring staff who just wanted to get people in and out. Do not go.

Was being treated 3 separate visits for a bacterial infection that i found out after visiting a ER that it was not bacterial and actually viral worsening my condition. They care about money.

Very disappointed. Never saw a doctor. Got the sales pitch about their cash only pharmacy. Go to the ER as this place is only good if you skin your knee. 2.7 out of five should tell you something.

Experience was horrible. I am between jobs and my insurance hasn't kicked in yet. I showed up willing to pay out of pocket. The receptionist replied as if I was not capable of affording the 190 they charged me just to walk in the clinic. She was extremely rude to me on top of having absolute no compassion for the fact I literally had NO voice. This place only cares about one thing, money! Hello people are there because they are seeking medical attention, treat others as you want to be treated. The whole staff displayed unprofessionalism.Would not recommend!
