By far the BEST INSURANCE AGENCY I have ever dealt with. Joe, Kristy & Leroy are friendly and very knowledgeable. I've never been in an accident or had tickets yet I was paying almost $400. More per year on auto insurance until I switched to FARMERS. And I better coverage with Farmers than my previous insurance company. Thanks Kristy!!!

I made the switch to Joe Harbinson Farmers Insurnace from a national chain due to wanting a local representative and could not be happier. There is always a smiling voice on the other end of the line when I call with questions and Joe and Leroy made the switch easy as can be. If you are looking for a local insurance agency then Joe is the person to contact.

BEWARE OF THIS MONEY HUNGRY SNAKE!!!!! Customer service from this local agent is HOPELESSLY LACKING!!!
I was fooled by Joe into moving my homeowners insurance to Farmers even though I was honest about my plans to replace my roof. It was unethical of him to withhold information and not look out for my best interests. I can't afford a lawyer, so I have been forced to deal with the situation on terms offered by his higher ups, and another local agent, who has been hustling to help me.
Yes, I told him up front that I was looking for good customer service from a local agent, and I made it very clear to him that the roof project was in the near future. He not only UNETHICALLY took my business, but he FAILED TO INFORM ME that an inspection would take place until AFTER I had put my money down.. THEN I was informed BY EMAIL (NOT A PERSONAL PHONE CALL!!) that MY POLICY had been CANCELLED ...NO DETAILS!!...and told to sign into my electronic account to get them....also a BAD IDEA...only to find NONE OF MY POLICIES (house & 2 cars) were there, (still no explanation why) and still had received NO direct communication from Joe Harbinson. I was mortified that all of my policies had been cancelled!!!Since buying the policies, all I had gotten from Joe were sickening sweet form letter emails. So I called into the main office (because Joe didn't answer his phone) to find out what in the world was going on. Since then I FORGAVE HIM, and have been FRANTICALLY trying to get estimates and financing for the roof to be done PER FARMERS' REQUIREMENTS, which is going to cost me TWICE what I planned to spend, MONTHS BEFORE I PLANNED TO GET THE WORK DONE!!!!!!!!
When I called his office to see if he had a notary available, Joe took advantage of the opportunity to LAUGH about the FINANCIAL BIND that HE CAUSED and RAKE ME OVER THE COALS for complaining about his poor customer service!!!!!! What a big baby!!! Who is the one wronged here? Really!?!
Think twice about working with this lazy and incompetent pretty boy!!!

I have honestly never reviewed an insurance company because I never have good things to say. But Joe and his office provide such exceptional customer service. I get answers from the office quickly, usually immediately, but the longest I've ever waited was 2 hours. That's nothing! Recently I had to contact the 800 number after hours, and the representative who answered my call provided immediate and accurate service. THank you Joe, Kristy, and Farmers for being a great choice in insurance!
