I've been to other gyms before and hated them. I was referred to Jd but still dragged my feet about going to meet him. I've been going about 5 months now and I actually enjoy it. He is also accomidating to my constantly changing work schedule and even let's my older son work out with me sometimes. Jd pushes me way more than I would ever push myself working out on my own. There are some things I couldn't even do on day one but he has helped me work up to them. The work outs never get easier, if they do it's not long until he is challenging me with something else. He isn't about quick fast results but making lifestyle changes. He taught me that success isnt about the number on the scale but about the inches lost and how much better i feel. It really is like a family there and nice to watch each other work hard to reach goals and cheer eachother on. I could never go back to a cookie cutter gym experience again.

After about 6-7 months with JD, I could tell you about the 50lbs I've lost or how much muscle and strength I've gained. Or I could tell you that for the first time in 20 years I don't mind seeing myself in the mirror anymore. I walk tall and confident, for me that's more important than any of it. If you are considering weight loss, strength training, dieting, or even recovering from an injury, I assure you One More Rep is the place you. Don't waste time, go now. I only regret waiting this long. If there were more stars to give I would.
