The changes they made to the branch offices, with the kiosk's and centralization have ruined the banking experience. Gone is any sense of privacy and the local connection. Now if I have to withdrawal any amount of money, I'm doing it in the open, in front of the other customers. In this age of PII and privacy protections, this change makes little sense.

Waited 3 hours for a car loan only to find out the car I am looking to purchase is too old. You would think this clear cut data would be in the brochures.
