I have been going to A Personal Look for at least 10 years now, probably more. I started going their for waxing, then pedicures--Bonnie is the absolute best and will do anything and everything to make her customers happy. About a year ago, when the hairdresser I had been going to moved, I started going to Mary Beth on Bonnie's recommendation. Now, you have to understand that I am so picky about my hair, I keep changing salons. I have been thrilled with Mary Beth. Her hair cuts are so good that I can get up in the morning, run my fingers through my hair, and leave the house looking great. The people who work here are friendly and cheerful and really great.

I called to speak with the owner to talk about booking a LARGE party and the receptionist HUNG UP on me bc she thought otherwise, she had a DISGUSTING attitude and if you value CUSTOMER SERVICE don't go.

I am Ed D's wife,
My husband purchased gift certificates for both my daughter & myself for Christmas 2015. The purpose was to get a massage. My daughter got 1 massage in Jan. 2016. I called to make an appt. for myself & was informed their massage therapist was no longer there. I was told they were in the process of getting another therapist to keep checking back. My daughter eventually got a hair cut to use up her certificate. I got a pedicure in June 2016 still while waiting for a therapist to be hired. I called again today & was told they're not getting a new therapist & the massage area has been re-purposed. So here I sit with $46.00 on a now expired gift certificate and they could care less!!! They got their money & I got strung along for a year. Obviously, I am not Ed. I am his wife.
