This place is a JOKE! No one will answer at the desk, Ive called SIX TIMES during business hours. I can't extend my car rental contract online, so I'm out of options. Don't ever rent from here. You end up paying more than they advertise anyway. So not worth it!!!!

I made reservations through AA August 18, 2017, and they directed me to them. When we arrived in Salt Lake City September 11, 2017, and went to the Payless Car Rental Counter. The associate said they did not have a vehicle for me. I said I made reservations almost a month ago. The associate said with a smart voice "we did not charge your card, if you want a car we can put your name on a wait list!!" I said a wait list? "Yes, and it could take up to three hours at least to get you a car!". Never AGAIN!!

My wife was stranded in SLC because the Payless desk employees left early even though my wife had a reservation. The company wouldn't do anything to help and refused to even apologize. Very disappointing.

Rented a car with them through Priceline for pick up at 6 pm. My flight was 15 minutes delayed (notified of the delay an hour before my flight took off) so my husband and I tried for an hour straight to get a hold of someone at the rental to see what my options were. Rental desk in airport WOULD NOT answer their phone. We ended up calling corporate who basically told us sorry not sorry and nothing I can do about it. Use anyone else! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Horrible hours of operation and horrible customer service.

Pros:
I can now make the claim that I've rented a $200/day car. Pretty Baller.
Cons:
Got charged 13x what was in the rental agreement due to a "Discounted" rate of $200/day. Gee whiz Payless, thanks for that sweet discounted rate!!
Went back and forth with their support for a month now to no avail. I am now disputing the charges with my Credit Card company.
