I don't like going to the dentist, but the staff at I Smile made my visit really great! The office was very clean & everyone was so nice & thorough. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

There are some things i really hate as an adult like taxes and picking up after pets. Finding a new dentist is also pretty high on that list. So when i moved to salt lake and needed to find a dentist i went with a recommendation from some one i know. I think i've been going here for maybe four years now and can honestly say this is one of the best offices i've ever been in. The chair.... has massagers.... MASSAGERS PEOPLE. Okay okay. I know that that is not really what you go to the dentist for but it's a nice touch and while i'm on a rant about perks they also have fresh baked and/or baking cookies in the office. (Though much to my displeasure i have had a few visits where they aren't baking cookies and i have to contain my rage. You can't dangle a cookie in front of someone one visit and not deliver the next. Jus saying)

Moving on, the staff has always been great. I maybe go to the dentist twice a year for the routine stuff. Sometimes it's a different hygienist or assistant and im not sure if thats because of their schedules or if the first has left and now theres a new one but everyone i've ever dealt with here has been really nice and most important to me, gentle. I've had some hygienists tear my mouth apart and as far as i recall that has never been my experience here. I do have one sensitive to cold and air tooth that they are really good about when i tell them.

I've only had two cavities/fillings in my life so generally i don't have much work done, last year when i was in for a cleaning they noticed a possible two more to keep an eye on but said it wasn't necessary to fill them unless they were bothering me. And since then i haven't heard another word about them. Usually i get asked if im interested in braces. I definitely need them on my bottom teeth but i have yet to make any real decision so we have a similar conversation about them every time im there.

When i first moved to utah i did not have dental insurance and so i signed up with their ismile insurance plan and it worked out just fine for my needs at the time. Ive since gotten dental insurance through my work place though.

I wont say something like "You have to go here! This will be the greatest experience of your life!" Though the cookies and massagers have me rethinking. But as far as im concerned the office staff and treatment is really great and i've since recommended all my friends and family in the area to go here.

It should be less than 1 star! It was the worst dental service that I have ever experienced, the "doctor" was really bad! He took decisions about my teeth that I'm regretting now. Never ever try to go to a place were the same doctor is trying to do everything, he did an extraction of one of my wisdom tooth without giving me nitrogen sooooto resume the story it was 5 hours of pure torture! Same happen with a root canal. Please never step into this office, go somewhere else. They are so desperate for business that they are selling their products and services on Groupon! $40 for a $1500 package 😐 that'll give you an idea.

Doing business with iSmile is always a pleasure. They are friendly, fast, and above-all professional. I accidentally double-booked an appointment and they didn't charge me to cancel one of them at the last minute. I also like their text reminders, and that they give a reply option to receive a call.

I have been to a number of dentists and offices over the years, and my family and I have finally found the dental office for us. We travel from the south end of the valley to get our work done here due to the stellar service from the staff as well as how nice the office is! I couldn't ask for more from a dental office.
