I'm impressed with First Med Industrial Care. Short wait, online appointments, friendly staff. Better than the wait time for my primary care physician. Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They do blood work so I don't have to spend more time waiting in labs. I like the high tech feel of this place. Spotless too.

Got there right when they open at 7:00am. Five or ten people there needing to get in. I filled out the paperwork and went back and was off to work by 7:35. Very happy with how they did things.

Great front office staff. Wonderful doctor. And they got me in so quickly!!
Glad I found this clinic and it's so affordable for someone without insurance!

Not sure why every time I have been to this location for Job PreScreen testing they are always rude. You can not ask a simple question to the desk staff without being answered with a cranky distasteful response. It has also had a awful smell each time I have been to this location. You can't have a dirty facility and nasty attitude, pick one.

While driving cross country, I got bit by a dog (my own dog, to be clear). I googled Urgent care places and First Med popped up as being close to where I was staying. I got there before 8 am, was seen, got an injection of antibiotics, wound cleaned, prescription and out the door before 8:30 am. Courteous, professional care by the receptionist, MA (Keira?) and PA (Jamie) that saw me. Hope I never have to seek their services again, but if you need competent, quick medical care, this is your place. Thanks so much!
