I see a review by Ashley Stoddart. She is the Practice Manager. Be wary of businesses that plant their own employees to leave reviews. Shame on you Ashley. Did you get a bonus?
This clinic has been around since 2012. Then new Management took over.
Clinical Staff. Pharmacy Staff. Absolute Incompetence. Clerical Staff and billing Staff are at the mercy of their Incompetance. And Overwhelmed . But they try their best to do what they can. But without support, their hands are tied. Medical Assistants who do not follow through. Stay away from this Clinic if your are looking for Primary Care. There is a Pain Management clinic there on Fridays. They are amazing and responsive. The Primary Care side, should take lessons from them. Terrible Medical Care, is worse that no care. Doctors and Practitioners leaving and Patients not being told until you show up. Do not waste your time, unless you are looking for excellent Pain Managment Care. Otherwise, keep looking. Sacred Circle would be better off becoming a 7-11. Because you are treated like you are buying a slurpee. You have right as a patient. Use those rights. You do not have to be treated like this.
Update:
This clinic took private pay monies for appointments I was covered by private insurance, and then tried to bill the insurance company, 8 months later for days either I was not seen(medical records have dates) or days when I was not in the state. The Insurance Company, on my behalf contacted them over a 60 day period to find out why. They ignored them. As a result, none of my legitimate visits were added to my out of pocket Maximum. Which means over a thousand dollars of Medical Bills that I never should have been responsible for have been acquired. All because of these idiots. Their head medical assistant lied, on two specific occasions. One when he said he called the insurance company. The other when he said he tried to access the system online. I had to take my computer down, and sat down with the provider and had it resolved in 5 minutes. When you access the system, you have to provide a Tax Id, or Provider ID. This head medical assistant is still there and wants to be a doctor, but can not operate a computer, or make a phone call. For months I tried to resolve this issue with Chris Payne, by email, and by phone. To this day, he has never responded. Instead, I am dealing with the Clinic Attorney. Why do you need an attorney? Did you do something wrong? Lawyer up.
Omega Pain Clinic is the pearl necklace around this turd. It’s still a turd, with a pretty necklace.

I was greeted promptly and friendly by the front desk staff and they processed my paperwork quickly. I met with the Nurse Practitioner who was compassionate to my needs. I received a thorough examination. I would highly recommend Sacred Circle. I was very impressed with the staff who helped me.

With this clinic being fairly new and just starting out I'd have to say that the care you get from the front office staff is excellent. Pharmacy is also an A+. Providers are a little different, since they've gone through a few. The ones I did get to see have been wonderful. Pain management docs and staff are very nice as well. I would totally recommend this clinic!
