Office is friendly easy to deal with, and I originally became a customer after requesting quotes from all usual suspects so I know I'm getting a fantastic price. Billing is easy with monthly reminders and auto-pay.

I have renter's insurance with Allstate. I'm happy with it! It's affordable, easy to manage online, and the agents seem to be on top of their email. 10/10 would recommend

I haven't met Jeremy in person but I've worked with Tonya in the office. She was very helpful and helped me apply all the discounts I could add. I haven't got any accident yet so I'm not sure how easy it is to process the insurance. The rate here is very reasonable. I've been with all state for almost a year now and I don't need to do anything else except paying my insurance, so it is very nice and easy.

Susan was extremely helpful. I would recommend Allstate Insurance to anyone just because of the customer service I received. Thanks to the Allstate team i was able to get this taken care of as easy, and as quickly as possible.

I have been with Allstate Insurance for many years. Unfortunately, I left Allstate and went to another insurance carrier due to a longer term relationship. Well, that was a big mistake. I returned to Allstate after 1 year. My "family" is in "GREAT" hands again with my returning to Allstate and Jeremy Stringham. Every aspect of my insurance needs have been met by the entire staff as well as exceptional service exceeding my expectations! Jeremy and his team have been with me ALL the way since my return. ALL of my insurance needs have and are met! I am NEVER leaving "my" Allstate family again due to the "welcome home" I received from Jeremy Stringham and staff. It doesn't need to be said, but...Keep up the excellent work that you perform for me and others!
