One note: before paying, clarify *exactly* what areas will and will not be covered by the treatment you're paying for, and how many treatments you will realistically need to get the results you want. If you're not familiar with a term they're using--ASK. (This goes for any place where you have laser hair removal done, and will avoid any conflicts or disappointments down the road.)
And take two ibuprofen an hour before your treatment. Good luck!

This place is easily one of the biggest scams in Salt Lake City. I have been a client there for around 4 years and have yet to see any significant reduction in hair. I was given terrible quality treatments in the office I originally started at in Draper. I transferred to the downtown clinic hoping to get better results. I got a couple good treatments and then they stopped them. My contract gave me the original plan and then a two year hair regrowth guarantee. We never got the initial hair removal and they are ignoring the guarantee entirely. As an added bonus the last two treatments have resulted in hypopigmentation which is permanent in most cases. It appears that they are not only scam artists, but quite possibly not capable of safely operating their equipment. I would strongly recommend going to a medical spa where the treatment protocol is overseen by a real doctor as opposed to the manager of the week.

When I was first interested in getting laser hair removal, I decided to start "interviewing" places to see which place would work best for me. After talking with Amy from American Laser Center in Salt Lake, I was sold. This clinic and it's staff are truly amazing. The atmosphere is calm, the people are very respectful and the rooms are so clean. I am extremely happy with the results of the Velashape, Laser and Micro dermabrasions and would recommend this clinic to anyone, no questions. I actually live in Draper but drive to the Salt Lake Clinic because I love it there! Thank you, Amy and the girls, for making me feel like a Queen!

The Salt Lake Clinic is amazing. I went in with my sister-in-law about five months ago and was not planning on doing anything. Amy showed me a picture of the velashape and I told myself I want that. I was a size 10 and after only four sessions I was wearing a size 6. I still have two more sessions and can't wait to see the results. I love the velashape!! No surgery and I love what it has done for me. Amy and her staff are awsome. They are there to help you get the results you want and they accomplish it. Just like Jean-Ann says if you want to look great then you need to make an appointment with Amy. They are the BEST!!! Diane

I have been a customer for 2 years now - I started in Draper but then quickly switched to Downtown Salt Lake - and I have never been happier. Amy and her staff are wonderful, funny, positive people that are more interested in your satisfaction that being pushy. I will keep going to the Salt Lake City location forever! Their micro dermabrasions are awesome, I get so many compliments on my skin after I have had one. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with my Brazilian bikini laser hair removal - talk about WOW! Imagine no more shaving, no move ingrown hairs - it's awesome! If you want to have a great experience and look great afterward, then make an appointment with Amy and the girls - I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
