My experience felt a little unusual. The vehicle wasn't marked as a taxi at all and he miss heard the address so he was parked a couple buildings up the street. While I was looking for a marked taxi and got confused. It was a personal car like how uber operates. Give that we have taken a regular taxi to our destination before we grabbed a little extra money then we usually pay but it ended up costing nearly twice as much.
In the end not the worst service but not planning on using them again anytime soon
