Kinda got the typical vet clinic Vibe here, maybe a little more on the friendly neighborhood Vet area actually. Pretty much the only clinic in the immediate area and I hear they do compassionate work as well as professional in demeanor.

I've always liked this local pet clinic but after my last visit I am not certain that liking the place is sufficient to patronize it. I came to get the yearly vaccination for my cat. I was on time for the appointment, and waited, as usual, for a while to get called in. Once in the examination room, we waited again for the assistant to weigh the cat, waited another long stretch of time for the vet to saunter by and ask us how we were, then another long wait for the assistant to bring in the paperwork ("no, I don;t want the $350 blood test!") and then another interminable period for the vet to come in and deliver 3 shots in 5 minutes.
I can only conclude that this establishment has an utter contempt for their clients' time.All in all, I spent 1.5 hours there for 10 min of vet's time. While the vets are multitasking, probably seeing 3-4 clients at a time, you are left there to languish with the terrified cat. On the plus side, the receptionists are super friendly and helpful. They get a star.
This is no place for busy professionals. If you are on schedule, you might consider some place else. I know I will.

Dr Ponce & the staff here are incredible. They've gone over & beyond to ensure that our boy is cared for. We are grateful to have found such a warm, caring vet while visiting Salt Lake City. I couldn't recommended them any higher.

Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. They will give you different treatment options, and they'll recommend what is actually best for your dog, which isn't always the most expensive option. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because it doesn't look like there is any free parking (have to use meters on the street) and there is not much space in the waiting area to keep your animal separated from others if it is necessary.
