We boarded our dog here for 4 nights and will not bring her back here. They only let dogs out once a day to go to the bathroom. When we told them that dogs need to go out more than once a day to poop and pee, they seemed shocked. One of the people at the front desk was providing terrible customer service, as she ignored us when we came in and then didn't understand that it is not okay to leave dogs in a cage all day, save a 15 minute walk. They also said that they are closed on Sundays and do not take dogs out, which means that dogs are just pooping and peeing in their small cages until someone comes in on Monday. This place is cheap for a reason.

We are very impressed by Wasatch Springs - Dr. Blotter and the staff are competent and compassionate. They consistently charge lower prices than other clinics, and we're always happy with the care our animals receive.

We've been using Dr. Blotter since we moved to Salt Lake City 6 years ago for veterinarian and boarding services. He and his staff are great. When our dog is afraid to get on the exam table, Dr. Blotter sits on the floor and does the exam there.

Dr. Blotter and his staff and kind and compassionate. I've been taking my animals here for over 20 years and I have the utmost respect for the entire staff. My dogs and cats have always had great treatment and his fees are fare and reasonable. This is a great vet hospital for both people and the pets they love
