The service was great, once I got someone to see me. I had a 4:00pm appointment. I was 30 minutes early and I wasn't taken back until 4:45. Then I wasn't given treatment until 5:15. It was aggravating but it was only the first time I had been in for a cleaning. Once the hygienist got in, everything was great. I just feel like almost an hour and a half is too long to wait past your appointment with no warning or notice.

Will never go there again and would never recommend some one to dentist argued with me when I told him what I wanted done when I am the one paying for it not him and they are way over priced almost double what another more reputable office in San Angelo charges

I haven't had any dental work in years, everyone in there worked really hard to come up with a plan to fix my teeth and gums. My dentist took a lot of extra time to explain where he would begin and end, because there is so much damage. The dental assistants were the same, very detailed. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Dentist herself is amazing, the office staff is the issue here. I went in with 4 different forms of payment, discount, insurance, financing, plus cash. After half was done, now they say I owe hundreds of dollars for incomplete work. By the time I get back in I won't have teeth left to be worked on. Asked for a call back over 8 months ago, and still waiting. When I call about it and question, they hang up on me. They should take responsibility and do the work as the estimate stated. Nothing changed yet one year later here I am waiting on them.

I have been to several dentists over the years and this by far was the best experience I have had at a dentist. If you have a fear of dentists this is the place for you. Dr. Sarah was so great! She listened and explained everything. Office staff was friendly and so helpful and calming. Thank you Kristen, Shayla and Michelle!!
