I went to get contacts for the first time. The receptionist was very nice. The doctor help me and explained everything good. Very nice experience.

I recently received epi- lasik eye surgery in Midland Texas. Dr. Blankenship accomplished both the pre and post op appointments. He is extremely accommodating, the office is a friendly atmosphere and he even came in on a Sunday to see me post operation. one of the best eye doctors I've ever been to. Highly recommended!

While I haven't had any personal experience here at this business, I see that the receptionist seems to like insulting patrons and belittling them online as opposed to correcting the problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to this, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.

Overall, the costumer service was very disappointing. The doctor was very nice and professional, the receptionist was not. They offered to ship my trial contacts to my home, for a $5 charge, as I live almost 2 hours from the location, which was nice. It took 3 weeks to get the contacts. One of them had a "v" shaped tear in the center so I called the office. They did EVENTUALLY offer to mail me another contact for $12 plus $5 shipping. The explanation was that there was no proof that the contact was like that when I received it and they only provide 1 trial pair.
