Dr Cubine was great, cordial and full of knowledge. Great experience with registration, wait time between registration and seeing the dr, but the wait time for a shot.... RIDICULOUS! That is the only reason I give it 3 stars. We waited an hour from when the dr left the room until the shot! There should be more than one person on duty who can withdraw blood and give shots.

My experience was absolutely positive. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Campbell. He gave me a well-informed diagnosis, but did a culture to be certain. He answered all my questions and knowing I didn't have insurance, his suggested meds were cost conscious. Dr Campbell let me know one was recommended, but not absolutely necessary so if too expensive I could drop that one (I didn't). He looked at my previous lab results from May and had some blood work done. He also let me know his schedule so I could follow up on the 21st. The lab info will be on Shannon's patient portal, one of the best ideas ever implemented! I couldn't have asked for better care and feel so glad that I drove the 50 miles to the Urgent Care. I definitely feel more at ease now!

Don't waste your time. Dr Cubine is rude and won't give you anything but common sense advice. I've seen her twice now and both times she seemed like she wasn't sure what to do so we left with more questions than answers.

Wonderful staff! From check in, doctor visit, to check out. Staff is great at keeping you informed, making you feel important, and all of this while overwhelmed with LOTS of sick people! Thank you for a job well done.
