The Wait was the Long. But after The examination I get it,,, It was very detailed And transparent The nurse and the doctor worked very well together , Was much concern over my will Being. I feel very positive , About The prescribe treatment , Which I think is a part of healing My hat Is off Ladies , And Doctor !

Look, these people work 10 hours a day. I was treated politely and promptly. They're people too, not just your service robots. I was seen by Dr. Victoria Spencer who listened to me and took e seriously without keeping me there for 3 hours. The nurses were sweet and hard workers. Give this place a break. It's full of great people who are trying their best despite how they are being treated by mean, impatient, whiny patients.
Look, these people work 10 hours a day. I was treated politely and promptly. They're people too, not just your service robots. I am 66 with stage 3 kidney disease, heart failure, and all the stuff tht tries to quit with it
I've been here about a year and a half, and it's the best Urgent Care ever. I get sick so fast and so often that I've had to go there often. They have literally helped me stay out of the hospital all but one time. And that was because my kidneys failed for the third time. Don't undestimate how good everyone in there is. Give them a chance to show you.

If I could rate 0 stars for the lab service, I would. Waited over 35 minutes and had to leave. Please let people know if it will take longer than 15 minutes to be seen so we can decide whether to stay. Not satisfied.

Some times the registration desk is really friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't count on it. You can definitely tell this is a money making shop for Shannon, because of how the entire staff acts.
The healthcare staff do seem to care and have helped me and others on multiple occasions. While it may not be ideal to go to urgent care for many things, this is better than the alternative of waiting several days for your PCP to have an open appointment.
I would definitely recommend going here, but I'd go in knowing what to expect beforehand.
