I tried to make an appointment for a hearing evaluation for my Mother but was unsuccessful. This appointment was made weeks ahead and was a mutually agreed upon date and time. A few days before the appointment, they called and said their equipment needed to be "calibrated" and they had to change the appointment and gave us only 2 options for the change. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I come in from out of state to help my Mother once a month and thus the need for a SET appointment. I tried to talk with several supervisors who seemed very unconcerned and gave me more runaround and acted like I was being so very difficult. I find this to be unacceptable considering they are a non profit and claim to be here to serve the "needs" of the community. Don't buy this line of bull. I am sad because my parents donated lots of money and time over the years in good faith. We are going elsewhere as there are many options in our area.
Now my Mother tells me a few months back she went in for physical therapy and the therapist left her in the room alone and didn't come back. She finally left and they never contacted her to see what happened. Also she tells me they are billing medicare for physical therapy she has never received. hmmmmmm.

Laura is one of the nicest most competent physical therapists who has worked with me. I have had therapy for 2 knee replacements at other places and they don't compare to here. I am currently rehabbing for MS and she is very observant and helpful! Thanks Laura!
