Allstate Insurance: Seth Becker

I have been a client with this office for more than 20 years. Never, ever had any problems when Terry Long had it. I've added/deleted vehicles, moved, etc. and Linda has always been the best. Earlier this week I was the innocent party in an accident. After I called the police I called Allstate, Seth Becker's office. I've never even seen Seth. Linda didn't answer this time (wish she had). The girl told me to get them the police report and they would take care of it. Two days later I got a call from Randall Motors body shop telling me that no one had been out to see my car. I called Allstate and talked to Linda. There was no report filed! I was informed that I had to be the one to file the report. It sure would have been nice if the other girl had told me that. That information is not even on my insurance card. Where currently have three cars and our house insurance with this office. Seems we are just a premium check and customer service has gone out the window. We will be, more than likely, changing agents. Oh, my car still sits in the body shop....it may be next Monday before someone gets out to look at it. I'm glad I have the loaner car through Randall or I'd be without a vehicle. Not very competent. I would not recommend his office to anyone. Great service with Terry Long. Horrible with Seth Becker.
