Having never heard of this company, they advertise themselves amazingly! All over every little cup and napkin are little funny quips and the like. They also advertise their management and hiring opportunities and seem like a very prominent family friendly business. I hated Texas, but I loved Schlotzsky's!

I'm in love with the Original sandwich! This was my second Schlotzsky's sandwich in my life and got to say "it's freaking awesome!"

Filthy restaurant even after things settled down for the dinner rush. Napkins and food scraps on the floor, sticky counters under the areas you're supposed to sit your glass on to fill your tea. Good was hot, delicious and took over 20 minutes to get from the time we ordered until they called out our number. Then at 830, with a restaurant full of patrons, someone started putting chairs on the tables to prevent people from sitting in the restaurant... Weird and poor customer service when you are trying to eat and they are flipping chairs over and putting them on the tables around yours..

The place was packed. No open parking spaces. We were in line less than 3 minutes. Food came out about 5 mins after we eat down. Everything was hot and fresh, the veggies were cold and crisp. I was impressed at both the friendliness and speed of service.
