So bad service do not eat again in this place, order a pound of shrimp & they serve only like a half, waitress, forgot what we order always, straws only when we ask for, 20 wings on other flavor what we order, no dressing until we demand, worse smelling restrooms for the quality on Dallas have it, definitely we don't come back ever!!

Poor customer service, smell horrible... GM won’t come outside to deal with customers after we inquiry about kids meals.... also a dead snake for real.... never will come back

The only reason this is a three-star and not a two-star is because the food was great and came out fast. There was food on the booth and floor around it when they seated us. The waitress never brought silverware until after our food came out and we had to ask for it. The waitress asked us 5 minutes after we finished eating "Are y'all ready for the check?" even though we literally just ordered another pitcher so we were clearly staying longer. There were plenty of open tables and not one person waiting that she needed to flip tables. There were also at least three waitresses just sitting at tables alone or with regulars, not running food or taking orders and just sitting on their phones. The manager was clearly getting walked all over and had no control over anything.

I love the river walk Hooters. My husband and I go there often for our date nights. The girls are very nice and kind. You never have to wait long for your food or appetizers. The environment is very family friendly, and the food is great ♡

Had good food. Was a little pricey, but that could be because it's on the river walk. It was busy but we had an attentive waitress and got all of our food in a timely manner. Nothing extravagantly special, but it was good food and good service in the middle of lunch rush. Because of that, they have earned a 4 star rating from me.
