Very unethical and unprofessional. They will take advantage of young people who do not understand what they are signing. Do not go there!
I will never use Enterprise again! Please share this with anyone who has a young person needing a rental car, they do NOT need the extra insurance that they make you believe you have to get.

Front desk was just completely dumb.....and the manager instead of making the situation better, he completely made it worse. He lied stating the card had only been run once while the probably new employee ran my card 6 times causing a red flag!!!! WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE!!!

The Management trainee, Phillip Shelley, at this location, will lie to you, and tell you that the "insurance" (damage waiver, PAI, etc) is REQUIRED. That is a lie. I have been an Enterprise customer for seventeen years, and over 10 years at this location. They blew that all away, just to get another $100.00 from me, on the rental. --- I asked specifically, if the "insurance" was a requirement to rent the car. Phillip said it was. Imagine my surprise when I called the national hotline, and checked online, to find out, that what he had told me was a incorrect.
Do not trust these people, the hard sell on the "insurance" is the same type of piss poor business practice, that led to Well Fargo, opening millions of bogus account for their customers.
And if nothing else, it is a shamefull bait and switch, to give you one rate online, and then try to extort more money from the renter, by selling them the "insurance", when they come in to pickup the vehicle.

In my job, our company rents cars through Enterprise. I have never been dissatisfied. In the San Antonio location at Broadway as well as the one at Starcrest, the employees are customer service-oriented. I mean, every single individual down to the employers who drive us back to our company location. We are lucky to have such a great partnership with Enterprise. I would not rent from anyone else but Enterprise.

Customer service could be improved. I called to ask for vehicle availability and spoke to one of the young ladies at the location. Once I arrived I was told they could get me in a larger vehicle because they didn't have any small cars like I asked for over the phone.
