Great service, good location, and comfortable rooms! Some negatives though. The WiFi was in and out our entire trip and digital service was super slow from the rooms. The location is great, walkable from the Riverwalk, downtown, and other attractions, however since you are in the heart of downtown you hear EVERYTHING so if you are traveling with kids or are a light sleeper this might now be the place for you. Other than that our experience was great! Definitely recommend this hotel for an adult trip to San Antonio!

The staff was very friendly and attentive staff. Larry from the bar was the best!!!! And he can make a great margarita! One down side for the Spurs fans....we could not get the game in the bar area... But we would get it in the room..
The location was great, close walk to everything! The historical elements are a nice snapshot to the original building.

The hotel is ideally located right by the Alamo, Riverwalk, Mall, and Convention Center; we walked to all of these places. Hotel includes an American breakfast with good service and wifi for free. Other expensive hotels will not include these amenities for free. Parking is adjacent to the hotel, $12 for twelve hours and $20 for 24 hours. This was economical for us since we walked everywhere. Therefore, get valet Peking from hotel for $30 per day if you plan on coming and going by car. The rooms are nice, clean, and super water pressure in the shower.

Great location at a great price! The front door is a block and a half from the Alamo. The restaurant door is across (diagonally). Staff was attentive and a decent breakfast was included. The building is nicely restored; room and bed was very comfortable.

Location across from Alamo and near Visitor's Center was very good. Price was goo, also. Room was fine. A/C came from ceiling and was too strong when it turned on. Couldn't adjust direction so turned it off at night. Bistro had good food, but only repetitive so-so buffet at breakfast. Service was either very good to don't really care.
