I ended a 2 1/2 year business relationship with this pharmacy today after Ms. Pena, if that is really her name, was so rude & ugly to me that i ended up with my blood pressure sky rocketing and me ending up in tears out of hurt and frustration. She at first left me on hold 7 mins then got back on the phone and had a very negative and harsh tone explainging to me that there was a problem with filling meds that were supposed to be delivered since Friday when I asked her why I wasn't called since Friday with it being Tuesday now she began to yell at me and then when I asked for the supervisor she put me on hold and then you could hear someone pick up and hang up the line twice and i got the busy tone cause i didnt hang up. Then i called back talked to Lulu and she put me on hold and then the horrible lady "Ms. Pena" picked up the phone again and I niceley said I was on hold someone was helping me yet she rudely insisted she would help me 2 times until I said I refuse to be treated unethically by you I need your supervisor she yelled/ lied to me saying it wasnt her I was talking to so don't threaten her with reviews if I dont even know who she is. The supervisor then came on the phone and offered no sympathy, no remorse, no care at all and when I told him I was no longer going to fill my meds with lifecare he simply said ok. LuLu I will miss you and the convenience I received from your location yourself provided to me for 2 years.
