I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon to go to. I emailed, left voicemails, and requested to book an appointment online but I NEVER received an email back or had a phone call returned from this facility to book an appointment. They have a TERRIBLE response rate and NEVER answer their phone. If you're new to the area don't bother or waste your time trying to book a hair appointment here.

Wonderful place expect they don’t answer the phone and I had issues with scheduling but the girls were wonderful fitting me in and giving me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place and I will be going back.

I've been a costumer for a year now. The stylist are so lovely and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place on a heart beat!!

I absolutely love this salon! I have searched for a very long time since moving to San Antonio for a stylist who is talented, friendly and will make my hair look fabulous....I definitely found it in Lisa and Morgan. Best color and cut ever! The entire staff is welcoming and they give you 100% of their time and effort. It may take a little time to get into the salon but trust me.....IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Your hair will look and feel fabulous and you will never go any where else!

All these great reviewers below must have some magic power that lets them easily get an appointment at Twirl. I've tried four times over a year to get my hair cut here, and each time I've left a voicemail and/or an email it takes days, a week, to even get a return call, only to be told the next appointment is weeks away. Fine, they're busy, but in this day and age, a prompt return phone call seems the bare minimum in customer service. This last attempt, I tried using the "contact us" form on their website to see if it would get me a faster response... and weeks later it still hasn't been acknowledged. Maybe I've just had bad luck, but what's the point of great reviews if your booking process is so inefficient?
