At the oposite of other car rental company, Joy car rental has a staff with courtesy who is always willing to help and explain to you the details for you to make the best deal

I rent a car from this Compagny last month. It was a Toyota yaris. The car was in a good condition. Also they re very flexible and they made everything smooth for me. Thanks joy car, I highly recommended this Compagny

DO NOT RENT! STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I was involved in an accident with someone who rented from this company. The accident was not my fault and Joy Car Rental has refused to provide their insurance information. So now I'm stuck paying to get my car fixed for an accident that was not my fault. The individual who rented the car did not have a US drivers license and no insurance. Isn't that the first thing a rental company asks for proof of?!
The phone number I call directs you to the owners cell phone number and she yelled at me for calling her cell phone. I'm sorry but that's not my fault you advertise with your cell number.
This whole incident was not my fault and this company and owner is being completely unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend renting from them.

Definitely recommend this place over the big players in the market. Never have I seen a car rental being so accommodative and helpful. They are amazing and I'll definitely rent them again. The girls are very helpful and I could not, but, awe at their professionalism and customer service.
This place was so good that I created an Yelp account to review them and since I value Google reviews the most, making sure I share my experience to help others.
