We went to San Diego for my son's wedding. When we got there, Dollar Rent-A-Car screwed me. I don't believe in credit cards, so when I got the rental reserved, I got a prepaid card for the deposit of $200. When I got there, they tried to run it for $250 and said that it was because it was a MasterCard. As a result I was not able to get a rental, leaving my wife and kids stranded at the airport. Crappy service from Dollar went to FANTASTIC service from Readivan. They stepped up, helped me match the original Dollar price, and set me up with a really nice van to take my family around for my son's wedding. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THEM!!!

Customer Service at Its Finest!!! Do not hesitate to rent from this company. They are friendly and bend over backwards to assist their customers. We rented a 15 passenger van to drive from San Diego to Sacramento. The van was clean, in excellent condition, smelled good and it was in pristine working condition. It purred like a kitten all the way there and back. The family trip was a huge success in part because of this vehicle. We arrived home safe and sound and we want to thank the good people of Readivan San Diego for all of their assistance in making our family memories come true. We could not have asked for a better price or all around experience.

Received excellent customer service!
We were in town for our son's wedding and rented a 15 passenger van. All our requests were handled perfectly - newer van, gas full for pick up, no additional fee for a third driver, etc.
Especially want to highlight great customer service provided by Ramon and all the Team.

Handy place to rent an 8 seater when you need to take 6 teenage girls to Disneyland. 100 bucks for the day, no extra fees.
