I was greeted with kindness and respect as soon as I walked through the door and the receptionists were all smiles. My dentist was quite knowledgeable and had a pretty good bedside manner. Eventhough it was my first consultation,Im sure that my other visits will be quite satisfying.

I flew to San Diego from NY for a family wedding, after having 12 hours of intense molar pain. Oh and I was 18 weeks pregnant at the time! My tooth was cracked for years and it finally exposed its root and the pain was at 9/10. I was easily scheduled a same day appointment and the receptionist could not have been more cordial to me over the phone. Finding out if they take my insurance was very important to me, and they were very assuring of coverage and cost. The dentist who saw me was very personable and comforting. He performed a thorough consult with X-rays (which did not hurt!). I was very nervous as I knew I wouldn’t be able to get much pain relief due to my pregnancy. During the course of my two visits to the establishment, both dental assistants were very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manner. I don’t think I’ve ever been more comfortable sitting in a dentist’s chair! After getting clearance from OB back home, he and the kind dental assistant took my tooth out with such expertise and finesse, I was more than grateful to be rid of the darned thing!
The dentist also made sure to call the pharmacist regarding pain relief, and prescribed me something that was safe for me in pregnancy.
Overall, upon arrival to departure from Dental Express, I received the best expert care I’ve ever received at any dental establishment. I think I might fly to San Diego’s Dental Express for my annual check ups! The train theme was well received by my 3 year old son who kept busy with all the toys, books and model trains all around the very clean waiting area.

Beautiful office and a warm, friendly staff! I had such a good experience with Ruben, Maurice and Dr. Jamie. They really care about the patient - it was a relief not to experience a sales pitch at the dentist. I highly recommend!

Yesterday (June 26, 2017) was my first appointment with Dental Express. It will not be my last. My experience was great! All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! My hygienist Kristin was awesome! Again, she was super friendly and she was also helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. I will definitely be back for any of my dental needs. Thank you all for your excellent customer service! :)
