3 employees in the store, one obviously calling the shots but they were all wrapped up in something on their end to help. When I finally did get help, "boss lady" wearing purple lipstick was very short after the lady helping me couldn't look my account up my by phone number. Boss lady stepped in and said she'd have to look my up by my social almost like she expected me to know that. Then, rather than say my payment was withdrawn Saturday, boss lady mumbles a bunch a jibberish I couldn't understand until I finally asked whether I needed to make a payment. It seems boss lady has some deep seeded issues that need to be sorted out. I think there was another complaint here about a female manager. Oh, they only take cash by the way.

The store manger Naomi was so rude I was getting in side to the store to ask something and to talk with someone inside there about job I done there and she was just stop me from talk and said to me that I'm try to be smart .
this place need better manger to keep business on the right way .
Anyway really bad experience with this place and the store manger Naomi sweatt .

I got my taxes done for the 2014 year, and as promised received my return within 5 business days. It was the lowest price for our joint return, and that was with a 40 dollar audit protection plan. Our taxes were prepared by Alicia, and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend.
