A gem of SD for sure. The owners are super friendly and the food is legit. We ordered some staples and they knocked it out of the park - on point with the flavors and spice. Ask for extra peppers and they have no issues dropping it hot for you.

Great papaya salads and the jerky. Oh the curry soup is awesome as well.

Update: had some Nam rice and that was delicious. If you want to feel like eating home cooked meals, this is the place to be.

Every time we are in san diego we stop here and order lao food to eat for the stay....always good, always home cook....don't forget when your're in sd stop by for home cook meal....

Great for eat in or take out Lao food! I don't like it crazy spice so I get mild papaya salad, but they always make it just right! Great value, and easy to get to.
