The food was good and looked OK. My clients enjoy their 6 dollar meals.But a roach came out of the napkin dispenser and it was alive.I killed it and showed the general manager. Sorry we won't be back.

I love carls and if this place wasn't across from my house i would never come here. They constantly overcharge and take forever. Plus they close early and the manager is often to busy flirting with security to even help out. I'd suggest doing as i do and go to any other carls if you can help it

Excellent guacamole bacon cheeseburger!... sometimes carl's is a bit too light on the guac and charges for extra guacamole on an already fairly premium cost burger, but this time the burger was awesome and even called in the store manager to let them know. Thanks for keeping the quality of food up and making it a good value for your customers!

The food is great at this location in the University Square. The service is great with table service , take out, or drive thru.

Everytime I go they forget something, and I have to drive all the way back because the forget one or more of my kids burgers.
Today they forgot a hole combo.
Most of the time I use the drive-thru cuz Im usually in a hurry, but what's the point if they make me go park in the front all the time. There is usually 2 more cars waiting too.
