Great sandwiches that are huge and loaded with meat and flavor! One sandwich will serve a very hungry appetite or two people, easy. Nice view of the harbor and boats behind the shop.

Very impressed with this tiny deli on a dock! We stopped in on the way to Shoreline Park and ordered an Italian Torpedo and California Club. We could have easily split either one of those sandwiches between the two of us and had more than enough food. I should have known better since everyone before and after me ordered a half sandwich and was on a first name basis with the owner.
At first I balked at the prices of $9 per sandwich, but figured I was just paying a premium for location and rolled with it. But after eating these sandwiches for lunch, and then again for dinner, I would order them again even if they were $15.
The sandwiches were simple, but had fresh quality ingredients and weren't light on meat. I also impulse bought some deviled eggs and tuna stuffed jalapenos, which were a great addition for our picnic at the park. This place really is a hidden gem, so definitely stop by next time you're on the way to Shelter Island.

Best deviled eggs in town. Don't forget to try the pickled jalapeños stuffed with tuna either!
