This place has the best snow cones in san diego. It's a very authentic place, seems like a family business-so show some support to this little place. Very good prices for very delicious snacks.

I have been going here for years to buy raspados (finely crushed ice dessert). There is no other place like it, their flavors are natural, homemade, and incredibly tasty. Trust me when I say that if you go here and try one you will be back. Personally my favorite combination is Ciruela (prune) and vainilla (vanilla).
It is cash only.

The raspados are delicious but the elder lady is so rude... I've came here multiple times and they fill it all the way to the top. She charged us a dollar extra but we didn't mind (aside from that...also seen many customers having to leave and come back because they're only cash only). Her customer service is horrible though, the tv was on in the back and it seemed like she didn't want to serve us and would prefer to watch the novela in the back. We asked for more syrup and she served an extremely small amount of syrup and I asked for even more saying that it's nothing but ice and she tells me "it's all in the bottom" but with an attitude, anyways, I left and had the raspado and when I got to the bottom it was dry, nothing but ice. Terrible service from this lady.

If I could give this place less than a star, I would. It was horrible. It was basically a snow cone with syrup. No fruit, and the syrup was waaay too sweet. I know what an authentic raspado tastes like, and this place doesn't even scratch the surface of an authentic raspado. The lady looked like she had no idea what she was doing, the lechera she used was still in the can- opened (not sanitary at all). Stay away from this place!!
