I scheduled a pregnancy massage and facial two months ago for my babymoon here in Coronado. This would be my last trip to relax without my first baby here! I was so excited and looking forward to it as I am approaching my third trimester and starting to feel those little aches and pains. I walked about 10 minutes to get there and woke up early to fill out paperwork etc. I waited 15 minutes past my massage time for them to tell me they didn't have a therapist certified in prenatal massage and there had been a mix up! I kept it together and cried (pregnancy hormones are no joke!) my whole 10 minute walk back to my hotel. The front staff was very friendly and offered another time to come back although we have planned other activities for our short trip here. What a bummer! This day was supposed to be full of comfort and relaxation and now I am just really sad :( I wish I would have known so I could have scheduled something somewhere else.
