Bad lash perm, and even worse customer service. Larissa was very rude and accusatory toward me and not helpful in offering suggestions to relax the perm or if there was anything at all I could do. There's really no excuse for that. I would have given them another chance, because, hey benefit of the doubt, but NOPE. I will never support someone who was so unaccommodating. Would barely let me speak, and I was really asking a question more than complaining. Now I'm complaining.

Ok seriously, like the other comment says, we are not over exaggerating. You will get a Brazilian done in 5 minutes. It is like no other. I drop a couple nickles in the meter and know that is all I need here. And no worries, you won't feel rushed. It isn't like that. I think the girls just know we want in and out when getting hair on your hoo haw waxed! I drive all the way from Oceanside because nobody else gives this kind of service like Urban Skin Care.

I was thoroughly impressed with how fast and well-done my brazilian wax with Erin Allen (owner of Urban Skincare) was. After my first, brazilian which was a nightmare experience, I never thought I would brave wax down in that region again, but my friend swore to me that Erin was the best and she was right. If you have any fear of getting a brazilian go to Erin! The pain is minimal and it is over in less than five minutes...and that's not an exagerration.
