The service is pretty good. The place is clean and the rooms are pretty all right. Overall, I would recommend. No complaints.

It was a simple jem! Clean, well maintained with two patio decks (one on the 3rd & 4th floors) and an easy walk to everything downtown. Keep in mind this isn't a hotel. It's an extended stay, from a week to a few months. Housekeeping once a week and trash chutes and a laundry room. I enjoyed a full-size bed, with separate tub/shower & toilet, kiitchenette area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 1 large sink, blow dryer, iron & board and wifi (a bit slow loading at times). Slept fine, no noise issues at the inn and the staff helpful and friendly. The price for the are was great too. This is a go green facility, recycling bin available.

Great place if you are a Student! Perfect location in the Downtown to all Bars and Clubs! I had my room in the 4th Floor, lived in there for 3 months and it was great!
No 5 Stars because its kinda expensive, but I would come again If I come back to San Diego.
