Our company had purchased two ticket for a whale watching adventure with Pacific Nature Tours through Amazon Local. Our client received an e-mail directly from (PNT) Pacific Nature Tours with only one ticket, not two, then a couple days later they received another e-mail saying they don't do this anymore. This was a complete embarrassment for our company since this was purchased as a gift for our client. I contacted PNT asking what happened and why the two tickets we purchased had been canceled. I explained our situation via e-mail directly the Pacific Nature Tours hoping for some kind of resolution, but sadly, I received NO RESPONSE. They gladly took our money and never offered a refund. I contacted Amazon Local, explained the situation, asked if this was normal practice for a company to just not accept the Tour THEY offer through Amazon, I was told they can cancel without notice. Buyer Beware!

My wife got sick while on the whale watching tour (which shouldn't deter you, she has a trick stomach) and Adam, one of the crew members, was so amazingly attentive the entire time. He spent the majority of the time we were out taking care of her, brought her a blanket, wet paper towels, ginger ale, checking in, etc. I'm very grateful to him and everyone on the boat. Big shout out to Travis too who was the humorous guide. They made what would have otherwise been a bad experience positively memorable.

Just returned home from a 8 hour whale watching excursion and it was fantastic! During the trip we saw a host of marine life including whales, rare marine birds. dolphins, and elephant seals. The boat crew did a super job taking care of us. All staff were polite and very well informed about all the aquatic life seen. Our time and money were well spent, in fact the trip includes a light breakfast and full lunch. For me lunch was a well seasoned, good tasting hamburger.
. This excursion is a great way to spend the day and a good dollar value as well. Whale watching with Pacific Nature Tours provides an interesting trip to take friends, family, or out of town company on. A great way to spend the day! Enjoy and happy whale watching!!
