The smaller units in this area and anything on the harbor side are not suitable for parties. The larger units and on the ocean side can tolerate a bit more noise. Be sure to book for your style.

We had a great stay. It was clean and equipped for easy living. There was a comfy bed and a renovated bathroom. The location was perfect and within walking distance of both Pacific and Mission Beach.
We would not hesitate to return and would recommend this site for friendly and helpful staff.

I posted an application for a house that i visited. I never got an answer back from them, no reply from my emails. I stopped by a couple of times, they tood me that decision wasnt made. I then called and they hung up on me

OK. Not sure where to start.
If you read this review- run away!
This review is about the experience we had in 3 different properties of Mission Beach Management (3 different families).
So why was the experience so bad?
-Because their apartments are very old, moldy and dirty.
-Because all the appliances are at least 40 years old.
-Because the apartments are extremely overpriced.
-Because 40% of the house’s appliances and light bulbs that were broken, and it took them days to fix everything.
-Because they will overcharge you for utilities ($300!!!), cleaning ($300!!!)- Therefore don’t expect to get your $600 deposit back.
-Because when you call to ask for your deposit back- they will hang up on you.
I assume that the owner will soon respond to my review. I’m writing this review with tears in my eyes, after a horrible experience with Mission Beach Management that ruined our family vacation.
I’m begging you to run away, and not to contribute to this unreliable property rental company.

The people who run the place will give you huge headaches. They're never in their office so good luck getting in. I called their number and Beach Bums told me that no one could come because it was raining. Well it's their job and it's raining on me too! They told me to go somewhere else.
