Horrible. The location did not look like the pictures. Parking was horrific. We wound up cancelling on the day we arrived at which time we were told we would only receive a 50% refund. It's been almost a year and we have not received a refund and no one from the office will return our calls. Avoid this company at all costs.

Thia place is amazing! Right by the bay, so close to the ocean. Perfect location! Would def recommend this to everyone, especially families.

The location and accommodations were perfect for 4 adults. The communication with the owner was great. We didn't pay for the garage parking spot because there was plenty of parking in the nearby lots. You have to pay for a late check-out and it is a bit excessive. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

I stayed in 3 different Surfcomber Properties over my 4 day vacation and each one was fabulous!!! They all had incredible locations and were very true to their listings. The decor was super cute in each of them and they were well maintained. But my favorite thing about these properties was the level of service that I received from Surfcomber. I had to call in for a few different things and they were totally responsive and available. None of my vacation time was lost waiting on responses. Their level of service was that of a Four Seasons!!!!

Location on Mission beach is just great; steps from the water, great food choices nearby and even a rollercoaster a few blocks down! Parking was easy and neighbors were friendly. The apartment was clean and well set up, perfect for our group of 5. The only thing better than the unit and it's location was the host -- Ryan will go out of his was to make sure you are comfortable. He is very responsive throughout the stay and is extremely accommodating. Thanks!
