If nothing else, these guys deserve five stars for how sweet they were to me. I'm sure I was a bit of a pain in the butt as a customer -- I came down with conjunctivitis the day before I was supposed to get my exam. They were very accommodating and rescheduled me. When I finally got to the exam they took the time to answer and assuage my concerns. Eventually we reached the conclusion that LASIK might not be optimal for me. I'm slightly saddened, but very much appreciate that they are willing to forego a source of revenue for my best interests as a person. Thanks, guys.

If I do end up getting LASIK I'll follow up here.

The procedure went well, but the followup call the next day never happened and the team provided no way to get in touch with them.

I had cataract surgery on my very difficult eye. The outcome due to Dr Bansals expertise was excellent. I had RK 25 years ago and a retinal detachment recently His experience choosing the correct IOL and is procedure made my post-op vision very very good

His office staff were also excellent in working with me the entire time

I went through the entire procedure and had both my eyes corrected with wavefront lasik. amazing service, no wait, very professional and modern equipment, great bedside manner and answered all questions to my entire satisfaction. I can recommend this place to everyone.

I visited a lot of ophthalmologist in the area for LASIK, but he really spent the time to answer my questions and discuss my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Bansal to anyone in the Bay Area.
