Well, I have to give at least 3 stars because the co-pay is free for most of the services. The problem is that the city government is giving me all the 'bad cards.' Overall rating 2.50 out of 5.00 stars.

My mother-in-law has had nothing but great service from the people here. Her doctors and nurses have all treated her with respect and kindness. Some of the support staff however need to smile more. It's hard enough for the sick to wait patiently, so having people in the front that smile and check in every so often, to assure them that they will be seen, can do wonders. Some do a great job at this, others seem oblivious to the waiting room.

This is the worst place ever! No one helps in anyway it's impossible to get the proper care you need. If you need blood work good luck, they make you wait several months even if your symptoms become worse. They do NOT have the proper knowledge to consider their selves doctors. It's frustrating when you know more than the "doctors" do and you have to tell them what tests should be run. Very disappointing and not comforting in anyway!
