Checked in was told a different price over the phone than in person. Got to our room, and went to open the fridge and it smelled like mold and did not work. Blanket has burn holes in it. The bed is very hard. So after my boyfriend and I checked the room out, we went downstairs to ask the guy at the front desk if we can get another room and he said no the rooms with shared bathrooms are booked. We asked if we can get a room with a bathroom in it. He said no because we didn’t ask for it in the first place. He was really rude about it. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are dated and basic but they are clean and tidy. The staff at reception are very helpful. The shared bathrooms on the floor could do with being restocked on basics like hand soap and toilet roll a little more frequently but other than that it's a great place to just get your head down for the night. Great location, would probably stay there again.

Great location in the Close to financial district-- always felt safe, it's a couple blocks to Bart, and walking distance to the Ferry Building, the Fisherman's Wharf, China Town and many other popular destinations. when we booked we were bit nervous because the price was really cheap compare to other hotels near by however the Rooms were clean and nice. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
