As cheap as u will find in sf, just be prepared to clean up yourself the staff is good it's the company that runs this place that sucks , freaking slumlords, they give the staff. A bottle of bleach and some rags and 1 nasty mop to clean with. I wish some judge would make them live for a weak in the very worst bug infested room that they rent out for 645-1000$ a month

Weekly rates are the best in town. Small rooms. Shared bath. Clean, quiet building with nice residents

I loved the staff and the few residents I met. I also love north beach-- so much nicer than the tenderloin. My one issue was the bedbugs. I don't know where they were coming from but they kept coming. I killed one this morning as I was checking out.
