The food was pretty good, but not worth the expensive cost even with the Groupon. My first course was swiss chard with smoked black cod. The cod was wrapped in the chard and there was not very much of it but it was good. My second course, rice grits and Dungeness crab, was a bit too salty. My third course, red wattle pork with leek kraut, barley, and pho spices practically tasted like pork pho. For dessert I chose the meyer lemon custard. It had a sort of passion fruit sorbet on top, which the sommelier introduced as "foam". My favorite part of the meal was the bread, a warm, airy, and salty bun with "cultured" whipped buttermilk butter. The service was not poor but not exceptional.

Had a fantastic meal here after some sort of luxury car drive around event. Staff was amazing and the open kitchen layout was fun around the super hip decor. Would recommend at least once.

Consistently the best menu in SF. WE go here whenever we have visitors in town to show them a good meal in a great atmosphere. The owner, Mark, is an incredible person with lots and lots of food love to share!

The autumn menu captured the essence of fall. From the root vegetables to the pumpkin. It was off the charts delicious. Staff was amazing and friendly and service was perfect.

Had a nice meal here. Everything was plated beautifully. They only missed on one dish; it was on the salty side. Otherwise a great meal.
