Decadent and attentive. This place oozes class and the large windows flood in some beautiful sunlight for a great lunch and mid day steak.

Sat at the bar, Jennifer was great! After a long day, I ended up with a Moscow Mule (made with Australian Bundaberg - yes!) and a bowl of warm olives. The Lounge servers are very friendly, the décor is perfect, and views are great!

While the lobby lounge was elegantly decorated with harp music playing, the flavorless sandwiches made with stale bread were surprisingly disappointing. The selection of sweets was quite substantial, and the scones were tasty. Moreover, the customer service was top-notch- when I provided feedback to the server and the manager (who came by our table), about the sandwiches, they immediately brought over a new plate of sandwiches made with a different bread that was a bit better tasting and took one of the tea service off the bill.

I must say I was surprised at how quiet the bar was. Perhaps the fact that it was a Sunday evening had something to do with it. I did receive excellent service from a friendly bar tender. The selection of red wine was outstanding.
