This place has a small 10 to 15 person Pier no fishing license required .
Not sure if there's any fish here but that's fishing .
The parking is paid by feed meter 10 + cars and a few feet forward is a two-hour free parking both sides of the road .
This is a great area to start your walk , jog or bike heading to San Francisco Downtown and back.

Priceless east bay views. A perfect walk with your loved one (pets included). I love jogging along this park because it's FLAT and wonderful vistas to enjoy the walk or run.

I biked here on an Indian Summer day. Agua Vista Park is well-named. I hung my hammock, climbed in and had a thoroughly relaxing time looking out on the water, the dry dock, the gulls and the passing clouds. It's an easy walk from the Muni T-Third or the UCSF shuttle. It's right on the bike path, too. There's a fishing pier. Although there is no official camping (camping AND fishing right by the bay, who knew?), there do seem to be some mostly friendly car-campers with shopping carts here, who may ask you for a cigarette. Agua Vista Park offers excellent viewing for fireworks at AT&T Park or Ka-Boom.
