That's nice to have trees grow on a road devide. It makes driving more pleasant. I surprised it's called parkway. It is not suitable for a pleasant walk.

A really nice road with paving and fine decor. Transportation by car or bus is a must to fully appreciate it's appeal. Occasional views of sunsets are available, but only at certain times of day. Walking on dirt is also an option here.
