They handle an amazing number of prescriptions, move people along well, and do their best to make sure every patient/client/member gets all their needs and meds met. BRAVO !

I've been to this Kaiser campus dozens of times and never had a bad experience. The pharmacists; laboratory technicians; OB/GYN dermatology, urology, and family medicine staff and doctors are always fantastic. On many occasions, they have gone far above and beyond their job duties to make sure I'm taken care of. Thank you for building such a great team at this Kaiser campus.

I've been here many times since most of my prescriptions require me to pick them up personally and cannot be shipped. I like the fact that this pharmacy is open more often and longer than other Kaiser pharmacies. The customer service here has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

My only gripe is that it takes at least a few minutes to get my prescriptions. There always seems to be a wait. But sometimes they will notify you after waiting in line and call you to pick up your prescriptions without having to wait in line again. And their OTC medications are all reasonably priced (although Amazon has many of them cheaper if you're willing to wait at least another day or two).

Although the pharmacy is always packed, the facility is clean, well lit and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are really fast and efficient and I have found them to be helpful. I know people have Kaiser horror stories, but I have always had really good treatment.
